She is showed as antagonist because ancient Greeks was patriarchal <censored>.
I like her. One of the coolest "monsters" in mythology.

I know the Greeks see her as an antagonist. Perseus and the Gorgon is my favorite Greek Myth.

This is amazing - This actually made me sad to look at. I instantly saw medusa tortured being, scared for life. The look of concern on her snakes and her rags show her as frail and alone. She looks like she’s praying for escape, after all its not like she asked to medusa.
